As ERP Implementation Manager for Spend Platforms, you will lead complex, strategic onboarding projects for global Enterprise customers. You will serve as the subject matter expert on SAP Spend and Invoice implementations, guiding customers through highly complex ERP rollouts and financial transformations. This role requires deep SAP or ERP expertise, advanced finance and compliance knowledge, and the ability to coordinate C-level stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to achieve seamless adoption and customer success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading onboarding for Enterprise customers focused on SAP Spend and Invoice implementations, as well as other ERP platforms (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics F&O)
- Managing C-level stakeholder relationships across Finance, IT, and Procurement, plus Travel program stakeholders (Operations, People, Events & Marketing)
- Delivering advanced custom setups including custom workflows, per diems, and compliance frameworks
- Acting as subject matter expert on SAP and other ERP integrations, troubleshooting and advising on best practices
- Supporting technical configuration of complex integrations through Perk's marketplace integrations, ERP Connectors, and custom-built integrations via OpenAPI
- Coordinating internal Implementation resources (Sales, Solutions Consultants, Account Managers, Perk Leadership), customer IT, and external consultants
- Influencing finance leaders with deep accounting and compliance expertise to advance implementations with short time to value
- Supporting change management efforts and driving successful solution launches and adoption
- Mentoring Perk implementation team members and contributing to global Implementation methodology
The role is hybrid, requiring presence at the Boston office 3 days per week. Perk offers relocation support for candidates relocating to one of their hubs.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of SaaS, ERP consulting, or Finance experience
- Proven expertise in SAP Spend and Invoice implementations and/or extensive experience with complex ERP integrations
- Deep financial and compliance acumen with ability to engage CFO-level stakeholders
- Strong track record of delivering large-scale ERP/CRM transformation projects
- Exceptional leadership, coordination, and solution design skills
- Strong change management skills and confidence driving recommended solutions forward
