Binance is seeking an Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) Specialist to support the development and implementation of its global Compliance Risk Management Program. This role focuses on identifying, assessing, managing, and monitoring compliance risk across the organization. Key responsibilities include: • Lead the annual Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) EWRA process, leveraging AI/GenAI tools for horizon scanning, typology research, regulatory change analysis, and narrative development while maintaining methodological rigor and audit defensibility. • Expand risk assessment coverage to additional Financial Crime segments not yet integrated into the AFC EWRA Program, including Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, and Market Abuse. • Collaborate with Business Unit Compliance teams on Product Risk Assessments for new, changing, or existing products. • Work across Product, Local Entity Compliance, Central Compliance, and business teams to document and maintain control inventories, regulatory requirement adherence, and policy alignment. • Support development and management of policies, procedures, and processes for risk mitigation and compliance risk assurance, building out the Compliance Risk control environment. • Assist with all pillars of the Compliance Risk Management framework, including regulatory risk management, horizon scanning (AML/CFT), regulatory perimeter definition, and impact assessments on regulatory changes. • Embed AI-enabled techniques into EWRA workstreams—including data triangulation, control mapping, and typology synthesis—under a human-in-the-loop review model, ensuring outputs are validated, source-traceable, and defensible to internal audit and regulators. • Develop management information and metrics on Compliance Risk insights and performance for senior leadership, highlighting areas of heightened risk and status of AFC EWRA recommendations. • Monitor and report Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) on an ongoing basis with clear recommendations when risk levels exceed appetite. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or economics. • 5+ years as a compliance professional in a regulated financial services environment; crypto industry experience preferred. • 2+ years of direct experience in Compliance Risk and EWRA implementation. • Advanced professional risk certificate preferred (e.g., CAMS-RM). • Practical AI and GenAI literacy, including prompt engineering, tool selection, output validation, and clear understanding of model limitations and hallucination risk in compliance contexts. • Familiarity with AI governance and Responsible AI principles (bias, explainability, auditability, model risk) and their application to compliance and risk assessment workflows. • Data literacy sufficient to interrogate, stress-test, and evidence AI-generated outputs before relying on them in risk assessments. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global organization while maintaining close contact with teams across multiple locations. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts for diverse audiences. • Proactive, diligent team player.
