Dash0 is a fast-growing observability platform backed by top-tier investors (Balderton Capital, Accel, Cherry Ventures) that is OpenTelemetry-native and designed to eliminate vendor lock-in. The company is in a Series B growth phase with offices in New York, Amsterdam, and Munich. You will be the first point of contact for enterprise customers, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-value opportunities. Working closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing, you'll execute targeted outreach campaigns to enterprise accounts, research and map key decision-makers, and hand off qualified opportunities with clean context. You'll maintain accurate CRM records, continuously refine outreach sequences, stay current on product roadmap and competitive landscape, and participate in feedback loops with Marketing and Product to share customer insights. Key responsibilities include qualifying inbound leads from events, campaigns, and product signups; prospecting into enterprise target accounts through multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events); researching and mapping key accounts to identify decision-makers and their needs; collaborating with Enterprise Account Executives; maintaining CRM hygiene; improving outreach messaging for technical enterprise buyers; and contributing product and market feedback. The role is based in NYC on a hybrid schedule. Dash0 values outcomes over activities and measures success by the quality and conversion rate of opportunities created. REQUIREMENTS: - 1–2 years of experience in sales development, preferably in B2B SaaS - Confidence engaging technical buyers at enterprise accounts - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Growth mindset and willingness to learn about technical products, particularly observability - Confidence in cold outreach, handling objections, and booking qualified meetings - Experience with modern sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar) - Reliable task ownership and ability to thrive in collaborative, feedback-driven environments NICE TO HAVE: - Direct experience in observability, DevOps, or related tech space - Familiarity with OpenTelemetry ecosystem - Passion for developer ecosystem and open-source community - Experience in high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
