Dash0 is a fast-growing observability platform backed by top-tier investors (Balderton Capital, Accel, Cherry Ventures) that is OpenTelemetry-native and AI-centric. The company is in a massive growth phase following Series B funding and is hiring an Enterprise SDR based in Boston (hybrid) to build pipeline for enterprise accounts.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential enterprise customers, responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities and engaging with technical buyers. You'll execute targeted outreach campaigns across multiple channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) and research key accounts to map decision-makers and their needs. You'll collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities with clean context, maintain accurate CRM records, and continuously refine outreach sequences and messaging to drive engagement with technical enterprise buyers. You'll also stay current on Dash0's product roadmap and competitive landscape, and participate in feedback loops with Marketing and Product to share customer insights.
Dash0 values outcomes over activities—you'll be measured by your ability to create high-quality opportunities that convert. The company offers a flexible, remote-first work environment with offices in New York, Amsterdam, and Munich, competitive salary with meaningful equity participation, €60/month phone & internet allowance, location-specific benefits, and clear paths for career growth with direct access to founders and leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales development, preferably in B2B SaaS, with confidence engaging technical buyers at enterprise accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn about technical products; curiosity about how observability helps engineering teams
- Confidence in cold outreach, handling objections, and booking qualified meetings
- Experience using modern sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)
- Reliable task ownership and ability to thrive in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment
NICE TO HAVE:
- Direct experience in observability, DevOps, or related tech space
- Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem
- Passion for the developer ecosystem and open-source community
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
