In this Enterprise Sales Engineer role, you will be a critical technical partner to the sales organization, responsible for establishing and executing custom demo workflows that showcase both launched and in-development features. You will define and document technical discovery SOPs to consistently map customer systems, integrations, data flows, and constraints. Working closely with Engineering and Product, you'll create repeatable solution design frameworks and proof-of-concept plans tailored to enterprise buyer needs.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining standardized RFP/RFI response processes with accurate, differentiated technical content and internal coordination. You will develop processes to validate early-stage product features, capture field feedback, and prepare them for sales enablement. You'll partner with Sales to formalize deal execution playbooks covering objection handling, stakeholder alignment, and proof milestones. Additionally, you'll document and maintain security and compliance artifacts to support buyer reviews and risk assessments, and produce scalable enablement assets including playbooks, guides, and reusable demo components.
This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving environment where you'll operate autonomously, drive outcomes, and help shape the future of hospitality technology.

- Proven experience owning or significantly contributing to technical RFP/RFI responses
- Demonstrated ability to validate v0/v1 features and convert field feedback into sales enablement
- Track record of effective technical discovery, objection handling, and stakeholder alignment
- Clear, concise, executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- Ownership mindset; comfortable operating autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with outcome-driven focus
