Redis is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative fluent in German to join the Field Outbound SDR team in London. You will play a key role in prospecting into predefined named accounts and following up on inbound leads to create a quality pipeline of Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQLs). Working closely with Account Executives, SDRs globally, and the marketing team, you will research named accounts, develop and nurture leads through the sales process, and establish champions and advocates through phone, email, social, and video outreach.
Key responsibilities include: conducting outbound prospecting using combo approaches (email, phone, social, video) to the Ideal Customer Profile; strategizing approaches and maintaining databases in Salesforce and Outreach; building strong internal relationships with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Alliances teams; executing best practices using tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Drift, and 6sense; supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns; managing SDR activities to weekly KPIs; and handing off qualified opportunities to Account Executives with necessary follow-up engagement.

Requirements: Fluent in English and native German speaker; tech enthusiast with passion for solving organizational problems with SaaS offerings; demonstrated curiosity, resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative; ability to write compelling messages and tell great stories; previous social selling experience is key; comfort with startup scrappiness combined with established company stability; ability to work with highly diverse teams.
