The Enterprise Risk Manager will play a critical role in managing risks and implementing a comprehensive risk management program across the organization.
Key responsibilities include conducting periodic enterprise risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, evaluating the effectiveness of existing controls, and documenting risk mitigation actions for reporting to the Risk Committee. The role involves tracking risks in a GRC tool, publishing risk health dashboards for organizational functions, and facilitating Risk Committee meetings with agenda-setting and follow-up documentation.
A significant focus area is AI risk management—both for platform/product use and corporate adoption. The Risk Manager will advocate for safe AI adoption, drive risk analysis across MX's platform, corporate operations, vendors, and data recipient customers, and help establish AI governance frameworks.
The position requires strong collaboration across departments, business acumen, and measurement skills. The Risk Manager will also represent MX in industry communities focused on financial risk and support internal stakeholders with risk management processes and controls.
