GitLab is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications QA Engineer to ensure the quality of business-critical applications, with a focus on CRM and Finance systems. This role is based in Bangalore and reports to the Enterprise Applications QA Team. You will own end-to-end QA delivery for Salesforce and related enterprise platforms. Responsibilities include planning, building, and executing functional, system, and regression testing; developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools like Playwright and TestIM; creating and executing comprehensive test cases and scenarios; and collaborating with business systems analysts, product managers, developers, and peer QA engineers throughout the project lifecycle. Key technical focus areas include Salesforce platform expertise (CPQ, Sales processes, Lightning, API integrations), CRM and ERP domain knowledge (Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite), and hands-on automation using Java, JavaScript, and XPath. You will also leverage AI tools like Claude to build agents for QA workflows, driving efficiency and innovation in testing processes. You will independently drive delivery with minimal guidance, communicate QA status and updates to stakeholders, and collaborate with peers to review QA artifacts and processes. The Enterprise Applications QA Team is a dynamic, cross-functional group responsible for authoring and maintaining manual and automated test suites, and executing test cycles to confirm defect-free releases.
