Staffbase is an AI-native Employee Experience Platform serving 1,500+ customers and reaching over 14 million employees globally. The company is a unicorn (valued at $1B+) with offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
The Professional Services team leads complex, high-stakes implementations and custom solution engagements for Fortune 100 customers. Recent examples include replatforming 7-Eleven's corporate and franchise communications with Workday integration; engineering a custom shift-swap experience for Chipotle; migrating Ford off legacy platforms; launching a bilingual, security-first rollout with Bell Canada; and facilitating content-strategy workshops with Waste Management.
As Enterprise Project Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of bespoke implementations, from scoping through design, build, testing, and launch. Your responsibilities include:
• Owning the complete project plan for custom engagements, ensuring customers experience one clear timeline
• Running stakeholder alignment sessions with customer IT, communications, and operations teams alongside Staffbase solution engineers, integration specialists, and Customer Success leads

• Managing detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent enterprise engagements
• Delivering executive-ready readouts, steering committee updates, and status reporting
• Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success for smooth handoffs from implementation to steady-state support
You will work with some of the world's most recognizable brands on launches reaching hundreds of thousands of employees, building custom capabilities never before deployed on the platform.

• Comfortable owning hard conversations both internally and with customers when scope and timeline collide
• Ability to build and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent enterprise engagements

• Working knowledge of PM tooling and delivery frameworks (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Agile/Scrum)
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success
