You will join this team as an Enterprise Project Manager, owning end-to-end delivery of bespoke implementations—from scoping through design, build, testing, and launch.
Recent engagements include: replatforming 7-Eleven's corporate and franchise communications with Workday integration; engineering a custom shift-swap experience for Chipotle's mobile app; migrating Ford off legacy platforms; launching a bilingual, security-first rollout with Bell Canada; and facilitating content-strategy workshops with Waste Management.
In this role, you will:
- Own the complete project plan for custom engagements, ensuring customers experience one clear timeline
- Run multi-stakeholder alignment sessions with customer IT, communications, and operations teams alongside Staffbase solution engineers, integration specialists, and Customer Success leads

- Deliver executive-ready readouts, steering committee updates, and status reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success for seamless handoffs from implementation to steady-state support
