As an Enterprise Program Manager, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts and serve as the central point of coordination for all ongoing projects with Lighthouse's largest global clients. You will lead end-to-end implementations of solutions including Business Intelligence dashboards, manage complex programs from planning through delivery, and ensure on-time achievement of business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of solutions for largest global clients, including BI dashboards and new product onboardings
- Organize and manage all projects within enterprise accounts to ensure on-time delivery and business objective achievement
- Establish clear program governance and guide stakeholder expectations from individual hotel properties to C-level executives
- Create and maintain project documentation outlining timelines, activities, and risks using task management tools
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal Product and Engineering teams to capture custom requirements and manage delivery timelines
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through robust project planning and regular status calls with key global chains
- Provide actionable customer feedback to internal teams to enhance products and processes

REQUIREMENTS:
Essential:
- Proven experience in program or project management role, successfully managing enterprise or global accounts
- Strong hospitality industry knowledge with deep understanding of hotel management structures, chain operations, and OTA environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently, from planning and resource allocation to risk management and execution
- Exceptional business acumen and interpersonal skills, with comfort engaging with C-level executives
- Tech-savvy mindset with ability to understand data solutions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive and autonomous work ethic with ability to collaborate across different time zones
- Proven ability to influence and direct internal teams to ensure client objectives and project milestones are met
- Coachable and adaptable attitude with strong willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve
