You will own enterprise revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative. This role covers the full spectrum of enterprise product needs: admin, permissioning, and governance features that large organizations require to deploy ElevenCreative across teams, as well as enterprise products like the Ads Engine. You'll work directly with sales and customers to identify blockers, scope major initiatives, and ship solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own enterprise revenue, growth, and adoption by leveraging product, pricing, packaging, go-to-market, and customer levers
- Scope and define major bets from discovery through launch and adoption
- Build the admin and governance layer with role-based permissions, access visibility, usage and spend controls, and reporting
- Partner with engineering to scope and ship enterprise products like Ads Engine, scaling complex customer workflows
- Work with sales to triage feature requests and deal blockers, prioritizing across them
- Join customer conversations to understand how enterprise teams evaluate, buy, and deploy creative tooling
- Define success metrics for enterprise features and track adoption, expansion, and retention
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and growth to ship quickly and drive projects end-to-end
The culture emphasizes high-velocity execution, minimal bureaucracy, impact over job titles, and AI-first thinking. PMs work in small, highly collaborative teams with engineers who have creative freedom. The scope is intentionally broad—some weeks focus on product, others on go-to-market or customer work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with recent experience owning enterprise or B2B product
- Track record of owning revenue, growth, or adoption outcomes and driving them across multiple levers
- Experience shipping enterprise capabilities (admin, permissions, billing, security) and driving adoption across large customer accounts
- Deep familiarity with how creative, marketing, and media teams work, with a habit of bringing customer insights into product decisions
- Experience scoping and defining large, ambiguous bets and owning them end-to-end
- Experience working directly with sales and customers, turning high-volume requests into a clear, prioritized roadmap
- Design-minded with a high bar for product quality; ability to mock up concepts and workflows
- Technical fluency to go deep with engineers on architecture, integrations, and tradeoffs
- Strong product judgment and clear point of view on what to build and why
- Bias toward shipping and iterating over long alignment cycles
- Curiosity about AI and creative tools, with close attention to market movement
