Upway is the world's leading refurbisher and marketplace for e-bikes, operating across 9 countries with logistics and refurbishment centers in Los Angeles, New York, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, and Antwerp. The company has refurbished over 100,000 e-bikes, combining premium quality, affordability, and sustainability.
As Enterprise Partnership Manager DACH, you will own Upway's leasing vertical across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland—a key growth region and one of the company's most important supply channels. You will be responsible for building and executing the DACH leasing strategy, developing long-term relationships with key leasing partners, and negotiating strategic contracts and commercial terms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the DACH leasing strategy, growth targets, and commercial performance
- Building strategic partnerships with enterprise leasing companies and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Driving commercial performance by optimizing purchasing, sell-through, and profitability across the leasing portfolio
- Setting and maintaining high standards for quality, service, and execution across all partner relationships
- Identifying and closing operational gaps across the leasing journey, including invoicing, data management, logistics, and warehouse processes
- Identifying and implementing AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
You should have 2–7 years of experience in strategic account management, business development, purchasing, partnerships, or similar commercial roles. Ideally, you have experience managing strategic or enterprise partnerships in leasing, mobility, automotive, bicycles, retail, or related industries. You combine a strong commercial and analytical mindset with a focus on profitable growth, proven ability to build long-term relationships and negotiate complex agreements, high ownership mentality, process-driven approach, and excellent analytical and organizational skills. Fluency in German and English is required. Start date: January 1, 2027.
