ServiceTitan's Enterprise Implementation Services team is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to manage the setup, configuration, training, and testing of the ServiceTitan platform for large home services businesses. You will own multiple concurrent implementation projects from initiation through close, serving as the primary client contact and ensuring a high-quality experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple implementation projects concurrently, acting as the primary point of contact for clients
- Partnering with Delivery Managers to ensure on-time delivery and long-term client success
- Leading scoping and discovery sessions to understand and document business requirements
- Configuring ServiceTitan environments to meet client needs while adhering to best practices
- Conducting comprehensive training on platform functionality and creating customized training resources
- Proactively identifying and escalating implementation risks, collaborating on solutions
- Working cross-functionally with data, training, and product teams to meet project timelines
- Staying current on new ServiceTitan features to ensure clients leverage the latest capabilities
- Traveling to client sites 20-30% of the time
You bring 5+ years of relevant experience combining client-facing work, project management, technology/SaaS implementation, and/or home services industry knowledge. You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. You are exceptionally detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks to completion with thorough documentation. You think proactively, address roadblocks creatively, and excel at client relationships. You're a collaborative problem-solver who takes ownership and demonstrates Excel and SmartSheet proficiency (preferred but not required).
