Salary: USD 120,000 - 210,000 / annual

As a Forward Deployed GTM Manager, you will drive the growth of Neo, Traba's AI product, by building and executing go-to-market strategy, acquiring new customers, and demonstrating product impact on customer P&L. You will own the full growth motion for Neo, including prospecting and closing 6-7 figure partnerships with logistics and manufacturing businesses. Key responsibilities include: - Owning Neo's growth and scaling the GTM motion to acquire new customers - Prospecting, meeting with, and closing enterprise partnerships with logistics and manufacturing businesses - Serving as a brand advocate, representing Traba's vision and value proposition to potential partners - Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities - Developing and executing strategies to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and drive revenue - Building tools, geo insights, analysis, and reporting structures to surface insights for cross-functional teams - Becoming a subject matter expert in light industrial operations (distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, third-party logistics, supply chain) - Establishing operational excellence by addressing bottlenecks and managing supply/demand dynamics - Deploying AI products into customer operations and supporting WMS integration at 3PLs - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service You will work cross-functionally with leadership, product, and engineering, wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment. The role is based onsite in New York City, five days per week, supporting real-time collaboration and creative problem-solving. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) - 4-8 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, startup roles, AI GTM, or related fields - Willingness to roll up sleeves with a "no task too small" mentality - Analytical mindset with ability to interpret customer financial statements, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions - Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced startup environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, workers, and internal stakeholders
