You'll join the Data team as an Enterprise Engineer, responsible for architecting and building interconnected systems that run the business. This role focuses on Python development to create, deploy, and maintain high-impact internal tools and automation. The team is small, high-trust, and values clarity, maintainability, and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain MCP servers that expose data platform capabilities and enterprise business systems to internal tools and AI workflows in a deterministic way
- Develop internal APIs to enrich the ecosystem of programmatically addressable resources
- Create lightweight web apps and dashboards using Streamlit to support internal processes
- Develop stateful applications that ensure standard operating procedures are followed in order
- Develop and maintain automated workflows and pipelines in Python
- Write clean, well-documented code and contribute to a culture of technical quality
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of Python experience
- 1+ years of full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability
Nice-to-have skills include fintech/payments background, MCP server experience, API design (FastAPI/Flask), Streamlit, deterministic LLM programming, OLTP databases, workflow automation tools (Airflow, Prefect, n8n), and cloud infrastructure familiarity.
