Salary: USD 98,685 - 127,710 / annual

Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, a platform enabling organizations dependent on physical operations to harness IoT data for actionable insights. The company serves agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing—industries representing over 40% of global GDP. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be the long-term strategic partner for Samsara's top customers, picking up after implementation to ensure they maximize value from the platform. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to drive customer outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations using the IoT platform - Compose joint success plans outlining customer objectives, metrics, and timelines - Orchestrate executive business reviews with customer decision-makers and Samsara leadership - Conduct workshops to understand customer operations and recommend workflow optimizations - Deeply understand Samsara platform capabilities across diverse verticals (field services, utilities, long-haul transportation, school buses, etc.) - Mentor wider Customer Success and Support teams - Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles as the company scales globally This role offers high internal visibility and autonomy in a hyper-growth environment. Customer travel of 25-40% is expected. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role (Enterprise SaaS preferred) - Experience supporting or working with technical products - Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills - Proven track record building trust and communicating effectively with executives, Product/Engineering leadership, and end users - Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence - Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure - Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution - Passion for initiative and thriving in fast-paced, change-heavy environments IDEAL CANDIDATE ALSO HAS: - Strong bias for action, ability to think big, insistence on high standards - Experience serving large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies - Thrives in unstructured, fast-paced environments - French fluency (a plus)
