Salary: USD 225,000 - 275,000 / annual

iCapital is seeking a Senior Vice President / Managing Director to lead enterprise coverage and client management for the iCapital Solutions team, focusing on existing relationships within Wires and Private Banks. This is a senior-level, technical role responsible for quarterbacking, maintaining, and deepening relationships with existing clients while ensuring comprehensive delivery and execution of iCapital's full suite of offerings across all asset classes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deepen existing relationships with Wires and Private Banks clients - Drive enterprise adoption of iCapital's technology platform and infrastructure - Promote a consultative approach to expand current relationships across the iCapital platform - Demonstrate strong leadership of complex client engagements - Serve as the primary touchpoint for several strategic clients - Co-own identifying new revenue streams within existing clients alongside the Business Development team - Drive day-to-day engagement with Enterprise Wealth clients, ensuring highest-level delivery and execution - Collaborate with other Client Management associates across iCapital Solutions on tactical and strategic initiatives regarding client penetration and opportunity identification The role combines relationship management with technical product knowledge, requiring the ability to understand client needs and collaborate across departments to deliver best-in-class solutions and service. Requirements: - 10-15+ years of experience in a technical relationship management capacity - Extensive knowledge of alternatives and/or structured investments (highly preferred) - Direct experience working for or with wealth management firms (highly preferred) - Experience with SaaS offerings and wealth tech platforms (preferred) - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder client engagements
