Heidi Health is an AI-powered care partner platform that works alongside clinicians to improve healthcare delivery. The company has grown rapidly in 18 months, supporting 73 million patient visits across 116 countries and backed by nearly $100 million in funding. They partner with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.
As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will drive growth in Heidi's enterprise segment through disciplined, creative outbound prospecting. Your responsibilities include:
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (calls, email, social, product-led signals) targeting high-value medical practices, health systems, and executive stakeholders
- Conduct deep research on target accounts to understand clinical workflows, operational incentives, and pain points that competitors miss
- Deconstruct complex healthcare and operational processes to surface unique value propositions
- Own a defined territory and build a repeatable, scalable outbound engine in partnership with Senior Salespeople
- Book high-quality meetings and deliver thoughtful, clean handoffs to the sales team
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, and sequencing to outperform market benchmarks
The ideal candidate is a hard worker who takes personal responsibility for outcomes and consistently outperforms peers. You should have experience in healthcare or SaaS business development, be intellectually sharp and coachable, and thrive in uncomfortable situations. Sales experience of any kind is preferred—the company values what selling has taught you over where you sold. You must be a clear communicator who can earn attention and credibility in cold conversations, motivated by ownership, leverage, and long-term upside rather than short-term comfort.
This is an in-person role based in Heidi's New York office. The company values attitude, work ethic, and learning velocity over resume credentials. You'll work in a fast-moving, accountability-driven environment with no corporate bloat and real opportunity to grow. Compensation includes equity in the company, healthcare/dental/vision benefits, 401k with 3% match, and a $500 annual professional development budget.
