You will serve as a strategic transformation partner for Writer's most strategic Fortune 50-100 accounts, acting as the architect of enterprise-wide AI adoption. This role bridges business strategy and cutting-edge technology, translating the Writer platform's capabilities into measurable P&L impact and helping C-suite executives navigate the shift to an AI-first operating model.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of strategic customers while leading ROI and value initiatives in partnership with customer success teams
- Building and maintaining C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor, setting vision and defining job-to-be-done frameworks with leadership teams
- Conducting analysis through surveys and interviews to quantify and communicate the P&L impact of AI adoption in business reviews
- Orchestrating complex cross-functional transformation programs across multiple stakeholders, managing escalations and risk mitigation
- Identifying and driving expansion opportunities through cross-sell and upsell initiatives in partnership with sales
- Scaling transformation best practices by developing frameworks, decks, and communications for the broader team
You'll report to the Director of AI Transformation and Success and work from Writer's London hub on a hybrid basis. This is an opportunity to build the playbook for enterprise AI transformation and directly influence Writer's product roadmap while helping the world's largest organizations fundamentally rethink how they work.
