This is an early-stage hire in the Deepgram for Restaurants business unit, owning end-to-end customer deployments. You will lead the execution of AI implementations, acting as the connective tissue between customers (corporate stakeholders, in-store employees, consumers) and the product/engineering teams. The role combines customer success, product strategy, and operational leadership to ensure deployments work flawlessly and drive expansion within accounts and into new logos.
Key responsibilities include: deeply understanding customer business models and Deepgram's product capabilities; partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope and deploy AI agents handling thousands of daily interactions; serving as primary contact for enterprise stakeholders; monitoring performance and adoption metrics; translating field insights into product requirements; and defining ROI metrics for expansion deals.
The ideal candidate has strong customer-facing instincts, can manage complex corporate relationships, and combines operational empathy with product thinking. You should be comfortable spending time in-store, understanding the ground truth of how AI solutions perform in real environments. This role thrives in ambiguity, requires fast learning, and demands a bias toward action and winning. Experience in QSR/retail operations, early-stage startups, data labeling, product ops, or consulting/entrepreneurial backgrounds is valued. Deepgram operates at the pace of AI—expect rapid change, continuous learning, and the need to experiment with cutting-edge AI tools as part of daily work.
