Salary: USD 229,000 - 370,480 / annual

LaunchDarkly is seeking an Enterprise Acquisition Account Executive to drive growth through 100% net-new logo generation. You will own a defined territory, develop and execute strategic account plans, generate new opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that demonstrate LaunchDarkly's value proposition to enterprise customers. LaunchDarkly's platform helps developers innovate faster by providing feature management, release orchestration, and experimentation capabilities. The platform improves software delivery velocity, enables targeted customer experiences, and maximizes business impact through controlled feature rollouts and A/B testing. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain comprehensive territory and account plans with strategic focus on greenfield account penetration - Generate consistent new opportunities through targeted outreach, research, and account planning - Achieve quarterly revenue and new logo acquisition targets - Build strong relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers, developing compelling business cases - Manage complex, multi-stage enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close - Collaborate with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution - Analyze market data and sales metrics to inform strategy and optimize sales efforts - Negotiate large-scale, complex contracts while balancing customer needs with company objectives - Communicate solutions effectively to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives - Take ownership of territory results with minimal day-to-day supervision Qualifications: - 8+ years of sales experience with proven focus on net-new logo acquisition - Demonstrated success selling technical solutions to CIO/CTO-level personas in competitive or unbudgeted environments - Strong track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex sales cycles - Understanding of IT infrastructure and organizational structures - Expertise in account planning, stakeholder mapping, and value articulation - Proficiency in sales methodologies including discovery frameworks and cost justifications - Ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions based on data and situational analysis - Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence key stakeholders
