Conduct is building an AI operating system to help the world's largest enterprises move at the speed of their ideas by absorbing the complexity of legacy systems like SAP. The company recently closed a $60M Series A and has a full pipeline of Fortune 500 customers. In this role, you will own the complete enterprise sales cycle and customer relationship end-to-end. Your responsibilities include: - Running the full sales cycle from initial conversation through close: qualification, technical deep dives, pilots, steering committees, and procurement negotiations with multi-stakeholder buying committees. - Building new pipeline, particularly through partnership channels. The company currently has more demand than sales capacity, so new logos you open directly contribute to your quota. - Owning accounts post-signature by working with Deployment Strategists to drive adoption, visiting customer sites when critical, and growing deals into multi-year partnerships rather than handing off after signature. - Building scalable sales infrastructure: developing repeatable motions, playbooks, and tooling that allow the company to serve more customers without proportional headcount growth. You'll also feed customer insights directly back to the product team. This is an entrepreneurial role with no finished playbook—you'll build the sales function as much as you execute it. The team is small, talent-dense, and based in London and NYC, with a culture of extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record closing complex, high-ACV deals - Experience selling technical products with the ability to go deep on complex domains (SAP/ERP background not required, but you must be able to hold your own in technical conversations with enterprise IT teams within weeks) - Track record of owning accounts beyond close and growing them into larger relationships - Strong communication, storytelling, and executive presence; ability to run a room with senior stakeholders
