SimilarWeb is a digital intelligence platform (NYSE-listed, $300M+ ARR, 470+ customers) that helps global brands like Google, eBay, and Adidas measure digital markets, understand demand shifts, and track consumer behavior. The company is expanding its enterprise new-business sales team in EMEA and seeking an Enterprise Account Executive based in London (hybrid, 3 days/week in office).
You will own a named list of enterprise accounts across Tier 1 EMEA (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Nordics) in focus verticals: Retail, CPG, Financial Services, Utilities, Telco, and Travel. You will run the full sales cycle—prospecting, discovery, value case development, commercial negotiation, and close—against named accounts, inbound demand, and Sales Development-qualified opportunities. Your typical buyers are marketing, strategy, insights, and e-commerce leaders; strongest deals reach Director or C-level and tie to active business decisions.
Key responsibilities include meeting quarterly and annual quota; opening accounts from cold using proprietary data; winning against incumbents, competitive bids, or inaction by building stronger commercial cases; identifying and equipping internal champions; and maintaining accurate forecasts. You will work alongside Marketing, Sales Development, Solution Engineering, and Advisory Services. The sales stack includes Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Chorus, and SimilarWeb's own platform.
The team is led by a former quota-carrying individual contributor who emphasizes results over activity, uses blended sales methodologies, and fosters open deal discussion to reduce pipeline risk. You will not sell alone; internal support is embedded.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Five or more years closing consultative, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in high-value SaaS, data, or insight sales, with consistent over-achievement against target (five years is a guide, not a hard threshold; experience and results matter more than tenure)
- Credibility at executive level; ability to make commercial arguments rather than deliver product demos
- Proven track record building accounts from cold and converting them to revenue
- Strong discovery skills; ability to ask questions that surface what is genuinely at stake
- Experience selling data or insight products against a broad set of use cases, not single point solutions
- Comfort navigating procurement, legal, and security reviews for large contracts
- Creativity in account approach and confidence to test half-formed ideas with the team before taking them to customers
- Curiosity about digital trends, including AI-driven discovery and changing search behavior
- Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
