In this Enterprise Account Executive role based in Paris, you will lead the full sales cycle for enterprise clients in Israel, from initial interest through deal close. You will build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives across industries, consulting on business objectives and requirements to create long-lasting partnerships. Key responsibilities include:
• Lead full sales cycles and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with customer success and technical teams
• Create detailed business plans aligned with predetermined goals and quotas
• Build relationships with executives at all levels to close enterprise deals
• Model diverse use cases demonstrating how Pigment drives business transformation
• Provide professional after-sales support with the CSM team to maximize customer loyalty
• Negotiate agreements and maintain sales records in Salesforce
• Analyze sales insights and experiment with new growth tactics
You will work in a hybrid environment with access to Pigment's Paris office and brand-new facilities in major cities. The company offers competitive compensation, equity, healthcare, high-end equipment, and an annual company offsite.
REQUIREMENTS:
• First-hand experience as a B2B Enterprise Account Executive or similar sales role in SaaS (B2B or finance product)
• Proven ability to open and develop an enterprise market across Israel
• Strong track record of partnering with business leaders and executives, developing long-term relationships, closing deals, and aligning key stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle
• Affinity for tech and product issues, or relevant experience in finance or business planning
• Deep track record of creating significant revenue impact and relationships for your organization
• Resourceful, creative problem-solver who understands how Pigment fits into clients' broader business needs
• Proven track record of success (President's Club, Chairman's Club)
• Professional fluency in English and Hebrew
