Camunda is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive III to join its sales team. The company is the enterprise platform for agentic orchestration, enabling organizations to coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex business processes. Trusted by over 700 organizations worldwide, including 9 of the top 10 US banks, Camunda is transforming into an AI-first organization and is named a Visionary in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting through negotiation and close. You'll build and drive strategic account plans that identify whitespace, map stakeholders, and set realistic paths to close. You'll navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees involving technical, business, and executive buyers. You'll partner closely with sales engineering and customer success to build technical credibility and ensure smooth handoffs post-close. You'll represent Camunda's value to senior leaders and technical buyers, tailoring pitches to each audience's priorities. You'll forecast accurately and manage pipeline health with discipline. The sales team is tenured, technically curious, and genuinely invested in doing right by the customer. You'll be given real ownership over your territory and expected to bring your own judgment to how you build it. This role carries real weight—you'll be responsible for a book of enterprise accounts where deals are complex, buying committees are large, and the technical bar is high. There's meaningful room to shape how your territory gets built, not just execute against someone else's plan. Camunda offers competitive, transparent compensation with location-based salary ranges. The company is fully remote and global, with benefits including flexible work arrangements, home office budget, co-working support, flexible time off, annual in-person kickoffs, health and wellness programs (including Modern Health for mental wellbeing), retirement and pension plans, life and disability insurance, and up to $1,000 annually for self-driven learning. Equity is offered through a Virtual Stock Option Plan. The company is 2025 Great Place to Work certified and ranked 3rd in Flexa's 2026 Most Flexible Companies. REQUIREMENTS: - Significant experience closing enterprise software deals end-to-end, ideally six figures or more, with a track record across multiple full sales cycles - Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments; experience working deals with C-suite, IT, legal, and procurement simultaneously - Strong territory and account planning instincts; ability to build plans independently and prioritize effectively - Ability to sell technical products credibly; experience with process automation, integration platforms, middleware, or similar technical software is advantageous - Negotiation experience under genuine pressure; knowing where to hold firm and where to flex - Relationship-building style that goes beyond transactions; track record of customers treating you as an advisor, not just a vendor
