Omnea is a Series B AI-native procurement platform that solves enterprise buying inefficiencies. The company has raised $75M from top-tier investors (Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Accel) and has grown revenue 5x in the past year, serving enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons.
You will be Omnea's first enterprise GTM sales lead in the United States, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant growth potential into management as the company scales.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive US revenue growth by closing mid-five to low-six figure deals with mid-market and enterprise tech companies (300-8,000 employees)
- Build and manage the sales pipeline, experimenting with messaging and outbound strategies
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving procurement, finance, legal, security, and IT teams
- Partner with the CEO on GTM strategy, expanding the ideal customer profile and entering new sectors and geographies
- Become the company's best product explainer and pitch master
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams, providing front-line feedback to influence roadmap decisions
- Support broader business functions including marketing, events, community, and customer onboarding as needed
- Network with CFOs and procurement leaders at industry events
- Potentially manage a geography, sector, or team within 12 months as the GTM function scales

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-7 years of experience succeeding in B2B SaaS sales or comparable challenging role
- Consistent top or near-top performance on previous sales teams
- If less experienced in B2B/SaaS, must demonstrate exceptional performance in another challenging domain showing grit, perseverance, and top 1% ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to build a business and accelerate career growth
- Ambitious, competitive, and dedicated to solving challenging problems and winning deals
- Track record of exceptional performance in academia, work, sports, or sales
- Intelligence and capacity to rapidly understand complex products without relying solely on sales engineers
- Strong commercial intuition and ability to build rapport with executives (CFOs, procurement leaders) and operators at all levels
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and roll up sleeves as needed
