As an Enterprise Account Executive at Freshworks, you will drive new business activities in the UKI region as an individual contributor. You will own the complete sales process—from business development and lead management through qualification, evaluation, and closing—while advocating multiple Freshworks product lines (CRM, customer experience, and employee experience software) to enterprise organizations. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute a strategic plan to source and develop business opportunities within your assigned territory, using stakeholder mapping, prospecting, and qualification to exceed sales goals - Cultivate relationships with executive-level decision-makers and become a trusted advisor at named accounts - Generate specific opportunities at each enterprise account by identifying customer requirements and unaddressed pain points - Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams on campaign design and execution to improve internal and external processes - Effectively manage and steer business development and presales resources to reach individual sales goals - Provide regular pipeline reporting and forecasting to the Sales Manager - Travel to customer locations and customer-focused events regularly - Develop deep expertise in SaaS products, CRM systems, and Freshworks' product suite Freshworks serves over 72,000 companies globally (including Bridgestone, New Balance, Nucor, S&P Global, and Sony Music) with uncomplicated, enterprise-grade customer experience and employee experience software. Requirements: - 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in outbound/field executive SaaS software sales; domain knowledge in SaaS, CRM, or ITSM is advantageous - Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle from business champion through C-level - Consistent overachievement of sales goals in large geographic territories selling technical products - High degree of customer orientation; ability to negotiate business terms with line-of-business, procurement teams, and senior management - Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles, including expertise with 60-90+ day sales cycles - Highly motivated, driven personality with positive attitude toward sales and CRM products - Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful - Credibility and knowledge of the customer service domain and cloud technology's enterprise impact; ability to understand complex customer requirements at both business and technical levels
