Salary: USD 75,000 - 125,000 / annual
Bitwarden, a trusted identity security leader serving millions of users worldwide, is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to expand its sales footprint across the Central or Eastern US regions. You will be responsible for driving new business development and managing partner relationships to achieve assigned quota targets.
Key responsibilities include prospecting and lead management to build a 3-5X pipeline within your territory, with a focus on closing deals with companies of 1000+ employees. You will manage and report sales pipeline activity within the CRM, develop territory and regional partner plans, and work to recruit and onboard new partners. The role requires effective networking to attract and influence partner sales organizations, coordinating lead flow between partners and the Bitwarden sales team, and collaborating with marketing on joint partner business plans and events. You will also drive multiple channel initiatives in parallel across technical, professional services, and sales functions, and set and track financial goals for focus partners.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Located in the U.S. (Central or Eastern regions preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience; IT security product experience is desirable but not mandatory
- Experience at a startup or pre-$100M revenue company is desirable
- Proven track record of driving partner growth and revenue
- Strong knowledge and relationships with SMB/SME-focused resellers and MSP partners within a multistate region
- Ability to influence and build relationships with decision makers across partner organizations
- Self-starter with strong leadership skills, capable of multitasking and working independently or within a team
- Exceptional communication skills (listening, writing, public speaking)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup environments
- Demonstrated expertise in teaching, enabling, and motivating partners to find and close business
- Strong relationships with top VARs and Integrators
- Consistent track record of achieving annual quota targets with specific details on key customer wins
- Competitive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in high-growth, matrixed organizations
- Positive history of collaborative selling
- Proficient with CRM tools, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
