Eleos Health is building a behavioral health CareOps automation platform that uses proprietary NLU to digitize behavioral health conversations, reduce documentation work by 50%+, and help care teams shift from reactive to proactive care delivery. The platform serves behavioral health, hospice, home health, and other community-based care teams.
As Engineering Team Leader, you will drive engineering processes and roadmap development with a focus on quality and time to market. You will work closely with leadership, product, and clinical teams while developing new features from scratch. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team of at least 5 developers
- Driving engineering processes and roadmap prioritization
- Collaborating with leadership, product, and clinical teams
- Developing new features and maintaining SaaS applications at scale in production
- Taking ownership of tasks end-to-end and understanding the gravity of working with healthcare data
- Communicating complex technical issues effectively across the organization

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience leading a team of at least 5 developers
- 5+ years of software engineering experience working on production applications with real-world users
- Experience building end-to-end web services working with large amounts of data
- Proficiency in React, Angular, or other modern JavaScript frameworks with JavaScript tech stack background
- Experience with Python and microservices
- Experience working with AWS
- Experience working with LLMs (LiteLLM, Langfuse, LangGraph)
- Demonstrated accountability, agility, adaptability, and strong communication skills
- Analytical mind with problem-solving capabilities and great interpersonal skills
