Plaid is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Supplier Products team, which builds trusted, transparent experiences for financial institutions within Plaid's ecosystem. You will manage a team of 6 engineers spanning mid-level to Staff-level talent, providing clear goal-setting, coaching, and feedback to drive their growth and performance.
In this role, you'll define and execute long-term strategy for the Supplier Products focus area in partnership with technical and product leaders across Plaid. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to identify high-leverage opportunities, shape the product roadmap, and engage deeply in technical design and execution details to ensure consistent delivery of high-impact business outcomes. You'll uphold a high bar for technical quality and delivery velocity, leading by example and fostering a culture of excellence.

You'll bring 8+ years of industry experience, including time as a Staff-level engineer before transitioning to management, plus 1+ years of engineering management experience. You have deep expertise designing scalable, reliable architectures that support real-world products at scale, and a proven track record building and growing high-performing engineering teams.
