Fictiv is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and build a high-performing Salesforce engineering team. In this role, you will own team hiring, development, and performance management while fostering a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and Agile excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and manage the Salesforce engineering team, making strategic hiring decisions aligned with company culture
- Coach Scrum teams in Agile methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
- Define clear technical vision and manage complex integrations, partnering with architects to modernize the roadmap and reduce technical debt
- Develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and creating opportunities to showcase their work
- Set clear expectations and goals, facilitating team-building activities and knowledge sharing
- Build deep understanding of code owned by the team and ensure code quality and best practices
- Identify and address recurring issues in development cycles to improve development speed
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
- Take full accountability for engineering deliverables, ensuring they are scalable, on-schedule, and meet highest quality standards
