As Engineering Manager for Provider Supply, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for building and scaling the systems that connect healthcare providers and supply chain operations. This role bridges product engineering and operational infrastructure, requiring both technical depth and people leadership. Key responsibilities include: - Building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team - Architecting scalable systems for provider onboarding, credential management, and supply chain integration - Collaborating with product, operations, and clinical teams to define technical roadmap - Ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, etc.) - Driving engineering best practices, code quality, and deployment processes - Managing technical debt and infrastructure optimization You should have 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a management or lead role. Experience with healthcare systems, provider networks, or supply chain technology is valuable. The company emphasizes talent density, candid feedback, and solving hard problems without ego.
