As Engineering Manager for Provider Quality, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for building and maintaining systems that ensure high-quality provider experiences and outcomes. This role bridges product, operations, and clinical quality, focusing on tools and infrastructure that support the 10,000+ dietitians and physicians on the platform. You'll own the technical strategy for provider-facing features, quality assurance systems, and backend services that power provider workflows.
Key responsibilities include: managing and mentoring a team of full-stack and backend engineers; collaborating with product, clinical, and operations leadership to define quality metrics and technical requirements; architecting scalable systems for provider onboarding, credentialing, performance tracking, and quality monitoring; ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards; and driving continuous improvement in provider satisfaction and clinical outcomes through technology.
You should have 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a management or technical leadership role. Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus. Strong communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery are essential.
