Braze is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Landing Pages product team. Landing Pages is a core platform feature that enables customers to create, host, and serve standalone web experiences—including sign-up forms, preference centers, surveys, and data-capture pages. The product includes a drag-and-drop editor, templating system, hosting and delivery infrastructure, APIs for data integration, and performance reporting.
In this role, you will manage a team of engineers building and expanding this growing product area. You'll partner closely with product, design, and engineering to prioritize what to build next, validate decisions against real usage data, and drive adoption. Key responsibilities include recruiting and developing team members, guiding architectural decisions, contributing code on high-leverage initiatives, and owning the team's vision, goals, and processes.
You'll balance product growth strategy with engineering excellence, helping the team solve complex technical challenges while maintaining high quality and scalability. This is both an engineering leadership and product growth role—you'll need strong product instincts, attention to detail, and a track record of building intuitive user experiences at scale.
Required: 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years leading high-performing teams. You should thrive with autonomy and responsibility, dig into technical details to inform decisions, and have demonstrated success building and retaining teams in high-growth environments. Experience building foundational systems at scale and spearheading projects that advanced organizational goals is essential.
