The Financial Integrity team operates at the intersection of finance and engineering, safeguarding the integrity of every financial transaction across Rippling products. The team ensures all money movements are accurate, compliant, and reliable across critical products like Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), Contractor of Record (COR), and Spend management.
As Engineering Manager for Financial Integrity, you will lead a team responsible for four key focus areas: (1) Financial Crime Compliance—ensuring all Rippling financial products meet regulatory requirements across jurisdictions; (2) Credit Risk—identifying, assessing, and mitigating fraud, credit exposure, and financial anomalies; (3) KYC & Onboarding—managing know-your-customer processes and customer onboarding workflows; and (4) Financial Controls & Reconciliation—maintaining robust controls and reconciliation mechanisms.
You will manage a team of engineers, set technical direction, and collaborate cross-functionally with finance, compliance, and product teams. This role requires deep expertise in financial systems, regulatory compliance, fraud detection, and risk management. You'll drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure the team delivers reliable, secure financial infrastructure at scale.
