Human Interest is a high-growth fintech company on a mission to make retirement benefits accessible to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. Backed by major investors including BlackRock, SoftBank, and TPG, the company has raised approximately $500 million to date and is transforming the retirement savings industry.
You will lead the Salesforce team of administrators and developers, managing the CRM systems that power Human Interest's Go-To-Market and Customer Support & Operations organizations. The team supports the entire customer lifecycle—from lead ingestion and opportunity management through closed-won, launch, and revenue-share payments. You'll also oversee support for standard operating procedures, customer communications, case creation, and resolution workflows.
This is a pivotal moment for the role. The Salesforce ecosystem is rapidly evolving with AI. You'll lead adoption of AI coding tools like Claude and Codex, modernize legacy DevOps practices with automated CI/CD pipelines, and explore Agentforce to deploy intelligent agents that increase productivity across the organization.
Your responsibilities include hiring and developing a high-performing team operating at the leading edge of AI adoption; partnering with Product to establish technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap; delivering reliable, scalable solutions supporting critical workflows; investing in platform improvements, testing, observability, and CI/CD to increase delivery speed and minimize errors; establishing processes for development, maintenance, and support including sprint planning, design reviews, release management, on-call rotations, and incident response; and identifying opportunities to use Agentforce and other AI capabilities to improve employee productivity and customer outcomes.
You report directly to the Vice President of Product & Engineering and will work closely with leaders across GTM and CS&O to understand their needs and shape a balanced roadmap that improves customer experience, accelerates revenue growth, and increases operational efficiency.
