You will lead the Targeted Collection Engineering team, responsible for data collection and processing infrastructure that powers publicly available information (PAI) workflows for national security customers. The team owns data collection pipelines across multiple sources and maintains a managed attribution browser enabling secure web resource access for customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of reliability, ownership, and impact
- Define technical roadmap and vision for data access and collection capabilities, ensuring freshness, reliability, and scale
- Design and build scalable, data-intensive applications for collecting and warehousing publicly available information
- Own and enhance the managed attribution browser, a critical component of internal and external workflows
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Mission, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to prioritize and deliver foundational capabilities
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years leading and developing high-performing software engineering teams with a track record of delivering complex technical initiatives
- Significant engineering experience in networking, web scraping, browser automation, managed attribution, operational security, anti-bot technology, and distributed systems
- Product and customer mindset with demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical excellence
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and make sound technical tradeoffs
- Excellent communication and cross-functional influence skills
- Active US security clearance (required)
