Salary: USD 275,000 - 350,000 / annual

As Engineering Manager for the Strategic Partnerships Platform (StratP), you will lead an engineering team building partner integrations, healthcare workflows, identity and authentication capabilities, and reusable platform improvements. You'll drive execution, technical direction, and team development across a high-leverage platform area, translating strategic partner and market needs into scalable, reliable capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing engineers through hiring, feedback, performance management, and career growth
- Driving roadmap execution by setting priorities, running planning cadences, and delivering against business commitments
- Partnering across Product, Design, Operations, and Engineering to translate partner and customer needs into platform capabilities
- Leading delivery across partner integrations, healthcare workflows, identity/authentication, and reusable platform improvements
- Guiding architecture, technical tradeoffs, and dependency management to improve reliability, speed, and platform leverage
Success metrics include improved roadmap predictability, clearer prioritization across competing demands, stronger ownership clarity, enhanced engineering quality (reliability, observability, testing, operational excellence), and increased delivery of reusable capabilities.
You bring 3+ years managing and developing software engineers with strong coaching and team leadership skills. You have full software development lifecycle experience (coding, architecture, system design), excel at translating complex technical concepts for cross-functional partners, and are proficient in modern object-oriented languages and design patterns. You have experience building cloud-native applications and scalable distributed systems, work comfortably across teams and disciplines, and are motivated by continuous learning and real-world impact at scale.
