You will join as an Engineering Manager reporting to the Head of Engineering, leading a small team of engineers while remaining hands-on with architecture and technical strategy. This is an early leadership role shaping engineering culture and contributing to company-wide strategy as the team scales.
Key responsibilities include: driving execution on product initiatives from technical direction through delivery; managing, mentoring, and growing a small engineering team with strategic hiring; aligning engineering priorities with company OKRs and shaping long-term technical strategy; championing engineering best practices, code quality, and system design with a balance of coaching and hands-on involvement.
Required qualifications: 2+ years managing engineers with proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain talent; strong hands-on experience shipping production software with modern web stacks (React, TypeScript, Python/Flask, Postgres or similar); excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder collaboration; experience building growth features, internal tools, or working in marketplace/B2B SaaS contexts.
