As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a talented team of engineers building and delivering on the product roadmap. This is a hands-on management role where you'll balance people leadership with technical contribution. You'll work closely with Product Management and Client Services to define and deliver features, actively participate in technical design reviews, and contribute to engineering-wide initiatives.
Key responsibilities include managing team deliverables and career development, measuring team impact, contributing to product strategy, and leading by example through code reviews and hands-on technical work. You'll have high autonomy and responsibility, working in a fast-growing, high-impact environment.
Required qualifications: 2+ years of engineering management experience leading product-aligned teams; strong technical background in cloud-native environments (microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka, AWS/GCP, Go/Python); excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration; comfort adapting your management style as the team evolves.
Desirable experience includes banking/finance domain knowledge, client-facing project work, team recruitment and building, defining effective team processes, and hypergrowth environment exposure.
