You'll lead an engineering team responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions and business impact. Your responsibilities include:
• Empowering your engineering team to deliver high levels of technical quality and business impact
• Recruiting and building a diverse team of talented engineers, from initial outreach through closing offers
• Managing team members and facilitating their career development through challenging responsibilities and constructive feedback
• Actively participating in strategic direction and product decisions for your team
• Contributing to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of the Playlist engineering management team
