Preferred qualifications include TypeScript/React and frontend development experience, experience with LLM-powered systems or agentic UX, familiarity with real-time or interactive experiences, frontend performance tuning and accessibility expertise, experience building high-performance user-centric interfaces in SaaS, experience scaling systems and teams during rapid growth, and background integrating with enterprise systems (Workday, ADP, UKG, ServiceNow, Slack, Teams).
