Fin is an AI Customer Service company building the highest-performing AI customer agent on the market. The company, founded in 2011 and trusted by over 30,000 global businesses, is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the AI Models Infrastructure Team within the AI Group. The AI Models Infrastructure team builds and operates the foundational infrastructure that empowers teams to train and run Fin's proprietary AI models. This is a highly technical engineering management role requiring deep technical expertise in AI and machine learning infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a high-performing team of expert engineers building the platform and infrastructure powering Fin's AI capabilities - Magnify team effectiveness by removing impediments and accelerating progress - Support teams of ML Scientists and Engineers building AI-powered capabilities - Plan, prioritize, and deliver high-impact roadmaps in partnership with senior engineers, balancing delivery, quality, and innovation - Empower engineers to act with agency and maximize their impact - Expand scope over time, potentially taking ownership of additional platform domains as the team and AI initiatives grow Required Experience: - Hands-on experience training ML models and operating them in production at scale - Prior experience leading infrastructure or platform teams - Strong background working as an engineer - Strong technical judgment and communication skills to advocate for team needs - Adaptable leadership style suited to rapid growth and organizational change - Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI The role offers competitive salary, equity, flexible paid time off, comprehensive health/dental insurance, pension matching up to 4%, and a collaborative Dublin-based office environment with hybrid flexibility.
