As an Engineering Lead, you'll combine hands-on technical contribution with team leadership. You'll manage a small, focused engineering team while contributing across the full stack—either backend (Typescript/Node.js/Go/GCP) or frontend (React)—to deliver features end-to-end to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and developing a top-class engineering team that owns a critical product area
- Designing and evolving technical architecture to support rapid scaling
- Leading projects and making product decisions informed by customer interactions
- Contributing high-caliber technical expertise across the stack
- Representing Product & Engineering values internally and externally
You'll bring deep expertise in either backend systems (Node.js/Typescript, Go, cloud architecture on GCP/AWS) or frontend development (React), with proven experience hiring and managing engineering teams. You're comfortable communicating technical ideas to cross-functional partners and influencing decisions. You have a genuine desire to lead and grow a great engineering team.
