ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company that has transformed voice interaction technology since January 2023. The company serves millions of users and thousands of businesses including Deutsche Telekom and Meta, backed by prominent investors like Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth, and Sequoia with an $11B valuation.
The company operates three main platforms: ElevenAgents (for deploying voice and chat agents at scale), ElevenCreative (for generating and editing speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages), and ElevenAPI (providing developers access to AI audio foundational models).
This Full-Stack Engineer role focuses on building and owning the ElevenAPI dashboard—the developer-facing interface used by everyone building on top of ElevenLabs. You will take end-to-end ownership of the ElevenAPI side of the product dashboard, starting with a new Speech Engine section that gives API-only customers visibility into their usage without requiring adoption of the full Agents platform.
Key responsibilities include: standing up new features within the API platform with increased visibility for product launches like Speech Engine; building condensed usage analytics views modeled on the Agents landing page; designing and shipping new metrics and observability views as developer needs surface (usage breakdowns, error/health visibility, integration diagnostics); taking over day-to-day ownership of the ElevenAPI dashboard from the Core Experience team, including API key management and quick-start links; running lightweight experiments (UI changes, new surfaces, information architecture) to learn what helps developers self-serve and troubleshoot; and contributing to ElevenLabs' open-source SDKs where there's overlap with dashboard and developer experience work.
You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Growth, and Sales teams to understand and design solutions for customer and internal team priorities. The company emphasizes high-velocity experimentation, lean autonomous teams, minimal bureaucracy, and AI-first approaches across the organization. There is significant flexibility in staffing engineers across the company based on impact and capability.
The company offers an innovative culture focused on defining AI's trajectory, growth paths with opportunities beyond your immediate role, annual professional development stipends, annual social travel stipends for team meetups, annual company offsites in new locations, and monthly co-working stipends for those not near main hubs.
