Join Kpler's AI Enablement team as an Engineer II to build the tools, agents, and integrations that enable company-wide AI adoption at scale. As a strong individual contributor, you will own the full lifecycle of features and projects—from problem decomposition through design, implementation, and production operation. Your work will be hands-on and varied: building and tailoring AI agents and assistants for internal teams, curating knowledge bases, integrating them safely with company systems, and developing interfaces and tooling around them. You will coordinate cross-functionally where work spans multiple teams and collaborate closely with a senior engineer and team lead who will support your growth in this fast-moving, high-visibility area. Initially, you will focus on delivering Kpler's company-wide AI adoption plan, with your areas of focus evolving as the team's priorities shift. This role offers the opportunity to shape how an organization scales AI capabilities across all functions while working on technically challenging problems in a supportive environment.
