ServiceNow is seeking an Engagement Manager to join the Veza team (now part of ServiceNow following the March 2026 acquisition). Veza is a pioneer in identity security, providing an AI-native Access Graph platform that maps organizations' entire identity ecosystems across users, groups, roles, policies, permissions, and resources. The platform delivers visibility and control over human, non-human, and agentic identities across SaaS, cloud, on-premises, and custom applications, with over 30 billion access permissions under management.
In this role, you will drive the end-to-end design lifecycle from planning through implementation to ensure successful delivery of design objectives. You'll provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities. You'll maintain strong partnerships with Design leadership and cross-functional teams to identify team needs and drive high-priority initiatives. You'll track capacity and demand across key programs to better communicate resource and project needs or risks, and collaborate with a wide variety of internal cross-functional stakeholders to increase the efficiency and efficacy of the product development organization.
This is a Design Program Manager role within a team of creative problem solvers and team leaders dedicated to building impactful relationships, improving team cohesion, and creating efficiencies in the design process. You'll be responsible for leading the successful execution and delivery of flexible and holistic programs and processes to enable delightful product experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large-size companies, ideally on a design team
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- Experience with Identity and Access Management
- Ability to quickly and effectively adjust to changes in priority, areas of focus, and unforeseen challenges
- Ability to independently adjust own work deliverables as priorities shift
- Strong self-awareness and ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback to colleagues
- Experience working on and managing large projects or programs with cross-functional teams
- Ability to deliver solutions and strategies while mitigating or removing obstacles
- Experience utilizing software to keep projects organized, track metrics, and report on progress
- Ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement and suggest solutions
