Precision AQ's Evidence Solutions consulting division is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead market access consulting projects for healthcare clients. This role oversees and mentors a team of analysts and consultants, managing all aspects of project work streams from initiation through delivery.
Key responsibilities include building and leading project work streams, providing clear direction to project teams, managing project plans to meet client deliverables, directing primary research with healthcare stakeholders (payers, key opinion leaders, physicians), and synthesizing insights from primary and secondary research to develop strategic recommendations. You will facilitate cross-functional teamwork, lead client interactions, develop presentations, and own key facets of assigned client business.
The role requires strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills with both internal teams and clients, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced consulting environment. You will be responsible for ensuring proper alignment of resources, delivering exceptional work quality, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
