Salary: USD 85,000 - 210,000 / annual
Veeva Business Consulting, the consulting arm of Veeva Systems (a public software and data platform for Life Sciences), is seeking an Engagement Manager for its Commercial practice. This is a leadership role focused on helping Life Sciences customers accelerate treatment delivery by transforming their technology, data, and AI capabilities.
In this role, you will serve as the end-to-end lead on complex, large-scale, and often global consulting engagements. You will build and navigate senior customer relationships, lead proposals for significant project wins, and drive long-term account strategy with C-suite stakeholders. Key focus areas include Vault CRM migrations and implementations, activating Veeva's standards agents, identifying future customer engagement capabilities, transforming HCP engagement planning and execution, optimizing field force productivity, defining account-based engagement strategy, and accelerating product launches through data-driven approaches.
You will lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple concurrent projects, fostering a culture of excellence. You will manage project budgets of $1M+, serving as the primary point of contact for project health and commercial success. Additionally, you will support brand-building activities and develop internal intellectual property to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the forefront of the industry.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements
- Proven expertise in customer engagement strategy, sales and commercial operations, omnichannel, marketing excellence, key account management, and/or medical affairs (preferred)
- Highly analytical approach to problem-solving with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or higher
